Methods of Payment
Gift Baskets By Your Design accepts the following methods of payment. Visa/Mastercard/Discover and American Express. Corporate Checks are accepted by an extablished corporate account.
Net 15/Net30terms are available, please inquire for a credit application.
Payment is due at time of order, unless you are an extablished Corporate account with terms on file in our main office.
All Large orders are subject to a 50% deposit that is non-refundable after 3 business days.
Size of order will be at the discretion of Gift Baskets By Your Design.
Deposit will be accompanied by a contract detailing specifics of order placed.
On occasion checks may be accepted, however ANY Checks returned or shown to have insufficient funds to cover check will be charged a $25.00 fee in addition to original order fees.
Order Processing times
Gift Baskets: Because we are a customized gift company, our designs are often specific and unique to the recipient. These gifts are created with extra special care and attention to details. Customers often have very specific requests for items and these requests are welcomed, please allow 4 to5 business days minimum for special requests. During holidays we request 1 to 2 weeks for special requests. If you have a specific delivery date we can accomodate with an additional charge. Please notify us if you have a specific due date for your delivery.
Substitutions
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to high demand for certain items. However, quality and value will never be compromised. Substitutions will be of equal or greater value. We are constantly upgrading our merchandise with new and exciting products, new colors and new packaging. We reserve the right to substitute those items if they are found to be a better value or add to the design enhancement.
