staff at BaskWeb has written the book on
customer service. They have been quick and
courteous with any requests that we have
asked from them. I specifically did not say
"problems" because we haven't had any. Its
wonderful to feel that you have a helping hand
while you are building a business.

I'm so pleased that I'm able to get my site set
up, help with graphics design, domain name
purchase, and hosting - all in one place! Being
able to maintain my store myself is going to keep
my business up-to-the-minute (no more waiting for
someone else to do it). The layout, features, and
functionality of the store are going to create a
fun, convenient, maybe even an entertaining
