BioTech Medics, Inc., announced on Oct 28, 2014 that they have filed a formal complaint against Robert Spada an “Executive” with Advocacy & Collections Group, Inc., of Hollywood, Florida. The Formal Complaint alleges that Robert Spada and Advocacy & Collections Group, Inc., have violated the Texas Debt Collections Act in that the company is not registered with the Texas Secretary of State and the Attorney General’s Office as a “debt collector” and have not filed a Bond with the State of Texas in compliance with the Texas Finance Code Sec 392.101.
