Bought some hardwood from them and it arrived in a terrible condition! That was their fault that almost half of my order arrived damaged, but they refused to help and assist me. They said that they can give me a partial refund and that all the return process was on me. So I had to waste my time and send everything back. Their customer service rep wasn’t nice and I am not satisfied with their service. Builddirect was supposed to fix their mistake and take responsibility but instead of that they decided to do nothing. Horrible experience, I will not order from their site again.
