Title issues and poor quality of the unit


house was turnover with poor quality. Windows was not properly installed. Lights switch was not fixed. Paints was teared off. Walls has many cracked. I dont want to receive the unit at first because of the issues but the engineer-in-charged promised that they will fixed it the following week after I signed the turnover documents. But they never do action at all and I felt like I was tricked. I file a complaint to management office in Alabang, and they said I already received it and they wont be responsible for it. Itís terrible and stressful. Last Feb 2017, I paid the bank in full for the loan of the unit. The bank told me that the title is with Camella and I have to coordinate with them so they just give †me the Certificate of full payment. Until now March 2021, I been following up my title from Camella Alabang because they havenít provided it yet. They keep on telling me that the court havenít order a re-institution of the tiltle because it was lost. Imagine, they lost the title??. But as far as I know, re-institution of the title will take about 6 months to 1 year only. Im an OFW and Im so worried that they re-sell my unit or used it as collateral in the bank for mortgage. 4 years is to long. I wont trust Camella anymore nor even referred them to my fellow OFW. They have very bad customer service, poor quality houses and a waste of money.
